These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
2. About docOPD
docOPD is an authenticated hyperlocal diagnostic laboratory network operated by docOPD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. We operate certified diagnostic collection centres, process samples on certified machines, and deliver pathologist-reviewed reports. We also provide a digital platform for health record management, AI-assisted test recommendations, and ecosystem partner discovery.
3. User eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register independently. Users under 18 may be registered by a parent or guardian. By registering, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Diagnostic services
docOPD's diagnostic reports are prepared by qualified pathologists and are for informational purposes. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis. You are advised to consult a qualified physician for interpretation of results and medical decisions. docOPD is not liable for any clinical decisions made solely based on our reports.
5. Ecosystem partners
Doctors, chemists, clinics, hospitals, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers listed on docOPD are independent service providers. docOPD does not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for the services, advice, or conduct of any ecosystem partner. Any engagement with a partner is directly between you and that provider.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use docOPD to: submit false or misleading information; impersonate another person; attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the docOPD platform are the intellectual property of docOPD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, docOPD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to health outcomes, reliance on diagnostic reports, or actions of ecosystem partners.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
